Hi!

I’m Molly Kempel, a functional nutrition coach who helps people understand why they feel exhausted, foggy, bloated, or out of balance; and how to support their body using food, lifestyle, and evidence-based nutrition strategies.

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, my work looks at the full picture: gut health, blood sugar balance, nutrient status, stress, and daily habits that impact how you feel.

With a Master’s in Functional Nutrition & Integrative Health as well as a National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from NBHWC, I combine clinical insight with real-life practicality. 

I practice functional nutrition through a realistic, evidence-informed, and compassionate lens. I don’t believe in extremes or fear-based food rules.

My goal as your functional nutrition coach is to help you understand your body, reduce symptoms, and build confidence in your health—without overhauling your life. Because like I say: your health plan is only as good as your ability to implement it.
